Shajons is founded and led by John, a veteran of business operations with more than thirty years of working experience across the Middle East and India.
Over those decades he has worked in the operational side of the industries Shajons serves: the services that keep buildings running, the people who deliver them, the technology behind them and the advice organisations rely on. That depth means he understands what clients need from a service partner, and what it takes to deliver it day after day.
His experience in two regions also shapes how Shajons works. Standards of service, labour markets, supplier networks and client expectations differ between the Gulf and India, and understanding both gives the company a practical advantage when planning teams, sourcing talent and managing suppliers.
John remains closely involved with clients and operations, and sets the principles every Shajons team works to: accountability, discretion, consistency and partnership.
